Members of the public and industry colleagues attended a special preview of The Scapegoat last night, and were treated to the film in all its glory on the BFI’s wonderful new 4k projector.
The film was introduced by ITV’s chief, Peter Fincham, and the Q&A afterwards was chaired by Sarah Crompton, Arts Editor of the Daily Telegraph.
Island Pictures were delighted to welcome to the stage some of our stars – Andrew Scott, Jodhi May and Alice Orr-Ewing – alongside writer/director Charles Sturridge and producer Sarah Beardsall.

THE SCAPEGOAT IN COMPETITION AT CHICAGO FILM FESTIVAL
Island Pictures’ THE SCAPEGOAT has been selected for the main competition at the 48th Chicago Film Festival, 11th – 25th October, 2012.
The line-up is illustrious, including films from the Taviani brothers, Bille August and others.
THE SCAPEGOAT is the only British film to be selected this year, so we are honoured indeed.
